In the spirit of compassion and community service, Jame Masjid Mississauga (IPC) has joined hands with Islamic Relief and dedicated volunteers to extend a helping hand to those in need during the sacred month of Ramadan. Together, they embarked on a noble initiative to assemble food hampers, filling them with essential provisions, to support the less fortunate in our society.
On Sunday, March 10th, amongst an atmosphere of warmth and unity, the process of this good deed took place as the donated food hampers were graciously handed over to Sakeenah Homes. This local organization serves as a beacon of hope for individuals and families facing food insecurity, offering them the support and sustenance they need to navigate life's challenges with dignity and resilience.
May Allah accept the hard work of all those involved in this process and allow Jame Masjid Mississauga to be used for great causes like this again. Aameen
